Builders Patch is a cloud-based platform to manage multi-family deals from acquisition to asset management. Gloify researched and implemented new techs on the client’s platform that further helped them to automate due diligence collection, billing, asset management, and memo creation.
Challenges
Client already had a platform, that was not built up to mark. There were
several modules that were unavailable, for which they need to put more
effort.
Apart from that multiple features like due diligence, asset management, and memo were missing. One of the major challenge they were facing was in SM Apply. It s an application management system that they were using but was not integrated to their existing platform as a result the data used to store on that management system.
Solution
After understanding their complete requirement, we started building it from
scratch. We have implemented several features that helped our client to make their job easier. Our team gave the best solutions that helped the client to get successful closure of funding round.
Final Result
Gloify team built the application from scratch and made several improvements on all aspects ofthe system, from the user interface and data presentation to functional capabilities and system performance.
